I feel as though we, as humans, tend to compartmentalise things in ways that make it seem as though they are unrelated but, in fact, they relate in ways we just fail to see. That a seemingly disconnected skill set in one area has no bearing on performing a task in another area when, in reality, there are tons of transferable skills, not least that of simply the confidence that we’ve built elsewhere
Great article. What you described as "highest level of confidence architecture" (integration), is what I would call congruence. Embodying or living that comes with incredible satisfaction and feeds your growth. It's a positive feedback loop. Your framework gives a great practical implementation.
